A supportive relationship of equals
The foundation of the coaching partnership is that it is one of equals. I do not talk down to you or impose my own views on you. I am an expert at coaching. You are an expert on yourself and your own life. In order for coaching to work properly this equality must be understood at the beginning and reinforced throughout the coaching relationship, which is my promise to you.
A relationship of accountability
Being equal also means that responsibility is also equally divided. My main responsibility is to bring out the best in you. For you, the main responsibility is to take charge of your own life and to do whatever has been agreed between you and me as your coach. You are held accountable for your own results. As your coach I am detached from your results in order to keep my own objectivity and professionalism.
A way of making changes, internally and externally
The initial impulse for hiring a coach is to make changes. These may not necessarily be external – they may be changes in attitude, in thinking, in assumptions. Life coaching, by definition, addresses the whole of life. Nothing is “of limits” unless you decide it should be so and even then a word of caution – if you put a barrier around certain subjects you will not get the full value from the coaching sessions or succeed in making the kind of changes you wants to make.

Relationship with Self Coaching
“If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else?” – RuPaul. The famous RuPaul’s words encapsulate exactly what Relationship with Self Coaching is all about. It is coaching that helps people find greater fulfilment in the relationship with themselves, accepting themselves and learning to put their own needs first, thus enabling them to be able to love others in all spheres of live and not just romantically.
Coaching helps clients let go of their own painful and limited beliefs. This means clients can enjoy a satisfying relationship firstly with themselves, which will enable them to share that essence in all aspects of their day to day life. As this is a holistic approach all aspects of your life will be looked at and those out of balance addressed one on one.
Is Relationship with Self Coaching therapy? To use the analogy if therapists are compared to being surgeons, coaches are personal trainers. I am not a trained therapist and this type of coaching is not therapy. Instead it is a tool to explore limiting beliefs, really getting to know and love yourself on all levels of your being and enabling you to share that essence of yourself with others and help you reach your life purpose and goals.
Relationship with Self Coaching will help you understand our limiting core beliefs, the areas of your life in which there is imbalance which in turn will help you get some perspective and set inspiring new goals.

Spiritual Life Coaching is not about religion and hence you do not have to be religious to obtain the benefit from Spiritual Coaching. It doesn’t matter what religion you do or don’t belong to and there is no judgment. Spiritual Life Coaching is concerned with the natural wisdom that resides within all of us: our divine spirit.
My purpose as a Spiritual Life Coach is to help you “remember” the wisdom and self-knowledge that already resides within you and to harness this wisdom to create the authentic life you are meant to live thereby living your Life Unlimited.
Like all other fields of Life Coaching, Spiritual Life Coaching is future focused and action oriented.
Weight Management Coaching
Many coaching techniques are utilised by me to provide my clients with the necessary tools to obtain and maintain healthy weight. The aim is to establish the causes of over-eating and to put the responsibility for eating behaviours firmly in the client’s court. Based upon the relationship between weight and attitude and the mind body relationship, coaching is a holistic approach which incorporates techniques from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and psychology.
Various techniques are used to identify the behaviours associated with those of normal weight individuals in order to help the overweight individual to adopt these. The process will involve establishing which of the behaviours will serve you best and how to incorporate these into your own life.
Coaching will also be done on an individual basis to establish what your original beliefs, values and behaviours associated with food and diet are. These can be explored with a view to adopting adaptations of these beliefs and behaviours that will be of benefit to you, whilst losing those that are not beneficial. I can also help to keep you in touch with your desire to lose weight.
I will help you to set realistic goals for weight loss and develop a plan to attain these goals. This plan can include actions, research and education. This is not a menu plan or diet. The plan is also driven by you, so it is tailored to you and not a generic plan. I will help to consolidate all your ideas into steps which will take you towards losing weight.
I do not tell you what to eat and how. That is for you to determine once we have developed your plan.
Not just about Food
Weight loss coaching recognizes that it is not just food that leads to weight gain. Exercise has long been associated with weight management, but less known associations like sleep and stress have also been shown to affect the body's ability to lose weight. As we will be following a holistic approach your personal plan will be just that, personalized to your needs and goals.
